Cancellation Policy
Permanent Jewelry Appointment Policy **Thank you for choosing us for your permanent jewelry experience!** To ensure every guest receives a personalized and seamless experience, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. 1. Appointment-Only Services All permanent jewelry services are available by appointment only. Please book your appointment in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. 2. Booking Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final purchase. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. Your deposit may be forfeited. 5. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. 6. Guests & Group Appointments Friends and family are welcome to book together! Each person receiving a service must have an appointment. Please contact us in advance for group bookings. 7. Jewelry Selection & Payment Jewelry selections and pricing will be reviewed during your appointment. Full payment is due at the time of service. Additional charms, connectors, or upgrades may result in additional charges. ### 8. Safety & Service Requirements Permanent jewelry is welded closed and does not include a traditional clasp. Guests must inform us of any metal sensitivities or allergies before their service. We reserve the right to decline service if safety requirements cannot be met. 9. Jewelry Removal Permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting the connecting jump ring with appropriate jewelry-cutting tools. Please contact us if you need assistance with removal. 10. Final Sale Policy Due to the personalized nature of permanent jewelry, all completed and custom-fitted jewelry purchases are final sale unless otherwise required by law. Please inspect your jewelry before leaving your appointment.
